The Project

Developed for OPAP, now part of Allwyn, this nationwide activation project brought a high-impact Formula racing experience to audiences across Greece. The project ran simultaneously across 10 rotating locations, creating an engaging brand presence in multiple regions and allowing participants to experience the excitement of a realistic racing simulator.

The main goal was to design and support an interactive Formula simulator booth, where players could step into a realistic driving environment and enjoy a memorable, competitive gameplay experience.

Alongside the physical activation, the project also required the creation of a stylish online questionnaire. This digital entry flow allowed participants to register, engage further with the campaign, and become eligible to win additional prizes, helping connect the live experience with a broader digital participation journey.

Challenges

This was a fast-paced project with a tight deadline, and it involved several complex technical challenges, including:

  • Real-time Uploads: Ensuring each video was uploaded online immediately after recording.
  • Simultaneous Audio/Video Capture in Unity: Finding a reliable way to record both microphone input and camera footage at the same time inside a Unity environment.

Technical Approach
